Three things worth knowing while you are planning ahead for a December company dinner, a February awards night, or a May gala:

Patterned linen photographs better than plain black. If your client's instinct is black linen because black feels formal, any velvet or patterned linen gives you the elevated look with linens your clients AND guests will never forget.

Velvet is not a winter fabric. Most event professionals file it there. Colorful or printed velvets hold up beautifully in a spring event space as well.
