Three things worth knowing while you are planning ahead for a December company dinner, a February awards night, or a May gala:

Patterned linen photographs better than plain black. If your client's instinct is black linen because black feels formal, any velvet or patterned linen gives you the elevated look with linens your clients AND guests will never forget.

Velvet is not a winter fabric. Most event professionals file it there. Colorful or printed velvets hold up beautifully in a spring event space as well.

If color sets the mood of a room, texture creates dimension and adds depth. Put a Pear Velvet round beside a Pear Ticking estate table and a crisp hemstitch napkin, and you get three distinct layers without changing the palette.

Whether you are designing a December program now or already building spring proposals, ask us for swatches early. We're ready to design with you!

Everyone goes dark and moody for winter, but sometimes you just need icy whites & bare branches. That's Natural Inspire: a soft ivory base traced with champagne branches, like the trees right after the last leaves let go. The best part? It's reversible!

After the long weekend, we had a chance to look back at our August, which was full of meaningful partnerships in design! We traveled extensively and sponsored many unforgettable events & celebrations throughout the month. Swipe through to see!

#wipaaustin #eventdesign #luxuryevents #weddingdesign #idolinens

📍Conversation in Capri at @westhouseatl: WIPA Atlanta gathered for an evening of charcuterie, cocktails, and Capri-inspired cuisine. @phillipvnweddings led a conversation on The Art of Networking and made the case that a good conversation is a business skill, not just a personality trait! 📸: @andreadeandaphotography

LINENS USED: Navy Duster, Yellow Sparkling, Tuscan Dalliance, Electric Blue Kota and Navy Stripe, Navy Hemstitch, Yellow Satin Napkins

📍 Excel into Elegance at @bellacollinaclub: We got to celebrate the vendors who make every wedding possible. Thank you @weddingvenuemap & @annachristineevents for creating Excel Into Elegance, an event designed for the people who pour into everyone else’s biggest days! 📸: @kathythomasphoto

LINENS USED: Orange Kaylee, Lilac Caprice, Rose Velvet, Orange Branches and Peach Figo Napkins

📍Autumn Soiree at @ourplaceon17: We were part of an Autumn Soiree hosted by @amoreplanning.co & @momentsintimewp! There is nothing quite like a room full of people who care about beautiful events. We connected with some new faces & had real conversations about the work we all love! 📸: @megancasselphotography

LINENS USED: Wine Velvet, Merlot Shantung under Natural Creation Lace, Cerulean Shantung under Ivory Lace and Chocolate Satin Napkins

📍Annual Day of Education at @hsbresort: Hospitality that never let up! @gainesentertainment set the tone from the start, leading our connection sessions; @thefreelancecfo made the numbers side of a creative business feel far less intimidating, and @vidadowntheaisle showed us how AI can lighten the workload without flattening the craft. Thank you for everything, @wipaaustin! 📸: @alyssajaraephotography

Our Navy Hudson is the perfect holiday anchor! Navy and deep green plaid woven into a check that reads timeless from across the ballroom and up close.

It's a pattern that plays well with others, and here's the proof: Emerald Velvet brings depth on depth. Indigo Diamond Dove catches light without competing. Navy Criss Cross is the quiet luxury option. Navy Peacock Velvet gives pure holiday drama.

Holiday dates are filling. Drop your date and venue in the comments or DM/e-mail us to reserve Navy Hudson before the holidays arrive disappears.

We asked the team: what's your favorite thing we make that isn't a linen? 🎤

Because linens are where we started, but they're not where we stopped! Event drapery that turns a blank wall into a backdrop. Dance floor wraps in your pattern, your monogram, your palette. Custom decals and décor panels that reshape a room entirely. Custom embroidery and printing on anything we can sew. I Do Pillows made from the fabric you already fell in love with.

Watch to see who picked what. 👀 Then tell us, what would you pick? #eventrentals #eventdrapery #weddingrentals #customdancefloor

"Adding a touch of Southern charm to every table." That's how @sovintagega describes what she does, and after working alongside her, we'd say the same.

Southern Vintage curates rental collections with real intention behind them, which means no two tables ever look the same. Pair that with the right linen, and you get what you're scrolling through right now: layers, texture, and a table that feels as unforgettable as the celebration itself.

Your winter event design awaits...Black & Tan Ellie is embroidered with branches in soft tan winding across a dark background. It's the linen that reads dramatic and delicate all at once.

December and January tables are being designed right now. Let's build your winter event design before the calendar fills and lock in your winter linens in this September!

Pair Black & Tan Ellie with:
Stone Velvet - for weight and warmth.
Truffle Silhouette - tonal, textural, quietly luxe.
Black & Gold Maison - when the room should FEEL like an occasion.
Gun Metal Tribeca - geometric, modern, unexpected.

Three things worth knowing while you are planning ahead for a December company dinner, a February awards night, or a May gala:

Patterned linen photographs better than plain black. If your client`s instinct is black linen because black feels formal, any velvet or patterned linen gives you the elevated look with linens your clients AND guests will never forget.

We`re ready to design with you!
